I would rename the page “Your Privacy Rights” or “Manage Your Personal Data,” rather than calling it your GDPR policy. You still need a separate, complete Shopify privacy policy covering PROJEC’63, Shopify, payments, delivery partners, email marketing, cookies, analytics and advertising.
